DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
However, if you need to reschedule please contact me ASAP (Please e-mail in our existing thread - Instagram DMs are preferred for last minute rescheduling) and I’ll find you a new time. I work very flexibly, so I’m open to rescheduling once or twice; our time is precious and tattooing is done best if everyone is at their best. This means that I also may reschedule your appointment if I’m not capable of doing my best work that day for whatever reason. (In many cases, if I reschedule you last minute then you’ll be charged a reduced rate for your tattoo as a token of my appreciation) All reschedules will be given a new date at the end of my booking period (not to punish you, I just don’t have enough spare appointments)

Keep in mind, every reschedule requires additional admin from me, so please don’t take the piss because I have ADHD and I’m unmedicated lol

If you no-show with no explanation, we won’t work together again. I’m a huge proponent for open and honest communication, so if you keep me in the loop with whatever your issue is I’ll do my best to help!

ONLY DEPOSIT THE AMOUNT I ASK YOU TO
This amount will be subtracted from the total cost of your tattoo on the day. I’ll take payment after your appointment with bank transfer or cash.

WHAT ARE YOUR RATES?
I charge roughly $230 per hour with a $350 minimum cost. I only give quotes to people who’ve completed a booking request form (not to be difficult - I can only quote once I know all that info). A full day session is capped at $1300 (incl. your deposit).

Once I have your receipt I’ll confirm your appointment and we’ll be all set!

USE YOUR NAME AS THE DESCRIPTION
Please don’t write just “tattoo” because I’ll never be able to confirm who sent it to me. Use the name you’ve given me or your email. It doesn’t need to be your government name, I just need to be able to cross reference it.

SAVE MY BANK DETAILS INTO YOUR BANK APP THIS TIME
I prefer to take CASH for full-day appointments, but either way; please save these details to your bank app while doing your deposit so it’s nice and easy to send the final payment through after your tattoo. You’ll be so stoked on past you because I will have stolen all your brain cells and endorphins and you won’t want to type it in again.

“Why do I lose my deposit if I cancel my appointment?”, you ask? Paying a deposit allows artists to get paid for the hours spent designing and preparing for your tattoo, not just the time it takes to physically tattoo you. When an appointment gets cancelled last-minute, it’s rare that they can re-book the appointment with someone else and the artist loses their income for that time. As sole traders, we are required to pay for our own sick pay, insurance, superannuation, rent to the studio we’re working in, and taxes - this means we tend to only take home about 40% of what we charge. Taking deposits encourages people to keep their commitments to us, and ensures that we are paid for all the preparation and admin a tattooing business involves.
